Comments:  Hardly the Vincent Price film, this "remake" is by the "Re-animator" team and, as such, is fabulously gory and full of black humour. Some bits are very cruel indeed but this is unlike Poe's story of the same name as it, strangely, has a happy ending! Rona De Ricci is gorgeous and it is surprising that she has not been in anything else.Dr Blood's rating: 9/10  |
