 This was a winner in the World Fantasy Awards but did not achieve such critical acclaim by the movie going public. If the music sounds familiar, well that's because Jerry "Gremlins" Goldsmith composed it. The brief appearance of Terence Stamp may have been due to cost but it is all that is needed for the plot. Enough of defending it, if you want to see a really clever monkey horror movie watch this!Dr Blood's rating: 7/10  |
