Initially, Mann refuses to believe he is being followed by a huge diesel truck, but soon the unbelievable horror of the situation sinks in. He realises that the driver of the truck, an unseen and menacing psychopath, is indeed out to kill him... Comments:  I initially wasn't going to add this film since I really don't think of it as horror. But several other reviewers have referred to it as a horror film and I suppose the idea is genuinely frightening if you are a driver. I find the ending a bit disappointing and it's a good waste of 86 minutes if you expect to find out who the lorry driver is. I was hoping for something a bit more supernatural at the end but this certainly wasn't "The Car" or the "Twilight Zone" episode that inspired it.Dr Blood's rating: 5/10  |
