Comments:  Three of the best asian directors brought us these 3 terrifying stories;[*] Box directed by Takashi Miike from Japan - this one tells a story of succesfull writer who conteplates the death of her twin sister,this really weird but cool story i liked and is very dream state like movie!! [*] Dumplings directed by Fruit Chan from Hong Kong - this one tells the story of a faded actress who wants to look young and pretty for her husband and the people all around her without going to plastic surgery. So she finds this woman who makes these dumplings that suppose help people look younger, but what is inside those dumplings?? This episode made me cringe and gag!! [*] Cut directed by Chan- Wook Park (Old boy) from Korea - this one is really disturbing, it is about this guy who was an extra in this directors movies, and he ends up kidnapping the director and his wife, bringing them at the set of his latest movie, glueing his wife's fingers to a piano and, if the director doesn't kill a little girl that is sitting on the couch, he is going to cut his wife's fingers one by one!!! I loved this one except for the ending!! I loved the 3 tales!! Three Extremes is a 4 stab wounds out of 5!! Hellgirl's rating: 4/5  |
